Have us manually create your file

So you gave it a shot, but still can’t figure out how to use the online design tool? Not to worry… we are here to help! Simply select your design template and then before closing, click the green button that says: “Have Us Design It For You“. From there, just fill out the request form with your personalized information, upload any photos or logos and one of our highly-skilled graphic designers will use the information provided by you to create a proof. You will then receive a link to view and approve your design before printing.

What to expect

Once you place an order, our first step is to manually inspect each file to make sure it is print-ready. Every file created using our online design tool is generally print ready, however uploaded images or added text may not be print ready and require some adjusting. Additionally, if you upload a photo with a resolution that is too low, we may contact you to provide a better quality photo. We do not charge a fee to adjust your file to make it print-ready, but please keep in mind that the process could add extra time to your printing turnaround. The print production schedule is determined by the turnaround time you selected when placing your order (Standard, Rush or Same Day Turnaround).


Production days

Orders in which you choose the standard printing turnaround option that are received before 5:00PM (ET) are processed and sent to print the following business day. Orders received after 5:00PM (ET) or on weekends and holidays will be processed and sent to print the second business day. We take every step to make sure our customers receive the highest quality printing products in the quickest amount of time, however, we do not guarantee turnaround times. Orders that are not print-ready, or require additional attention may add to the overall production turnaround time. Turnaround times are estimates and may vary depending on when the order was placed and your orders position in the queue. Edit an existing order

If you have placed an order but need to edit the design file, please call 888-711-4520 immediately, or Request Call-Back below, or Click to Chat with a live agent. We can assist you to make all necessary edits to your file before being sent to print.

Once an order has been sent to print, edits are no longer available.


Change printing quantity or shipping option

If you have placed an order but need to change the quantity ordered or expedite shipping, please call 888-711-4520 immediately, or Request Call-Back below, or Click to Chat with a live agent.

Once an order has been shipped, changes are no longer available.

Reorder process

When you are ready to reorder products, simply visit the My Account section of our website and select your order. You can update or change any text or photos on your file, or simply reprint your original file with no changes.


Reordering products purchased from our old website

Realty Cards maintains all print files. If you have ordered from us in the past and wish to reorder, visit the My Account section of our website and select your product from the reorder form. We match your files using your name and email address. You can update or change any text or photos on your file, or simply reprint your original file with no changes.

You will receive a proof to approve before printing, just like your original order.

When will I receive my order?

Estimated printing turnaround time for most orders is 3-4 business days + 2-5 business days for Ground delivery, unless you ordered rush printing and shipping.

You will receive a notification and tracking number when your order ships.

*Same Business Day – Print-ready orders received before 8AM (ET) will be printed and shipped the same business day. Orders received after 8AM (ET) will be printed and shipped the following business day.

Request a reprint

If there is a problem with any items you receive, you may request a reprint. In order to process your request quickly and avoid shipping items through the mail, please do the following:

1. Take a photo of  5-10 examples of the printed items in question to show us what the issue is.

2. If shipping package was damaged, take a photo of that as well.

3. Visit the My Account section of our website and View Order Details.

4. In your Order Details click Report an Issue.

Once received, our quality control department will review your request and then authorize a reprint if applicable.

Cancel your order

You may request to cancel your order at any time prior to the order being sent to print. This time period is determined by the printing turnaround option you selected when placing your order.


Request a refund

If you have placed an order and it has not been sent to print, you may request a full refund. If your item is in-print but has not yet been shipped, please call (888) 711-4520 immediately to see what options are available to you.  Once an item has been printed and shipped, no refund is available.
